Getting to know you is the first step, our Housing Consultants tours the community with you listening carefully to why you are moving and what will make the perfect home, is it the view? Is it the space, is it having a craft room or a 2 car garage. They will walk the potential home site(s) with you and address any questions you have.

Home Design

The process may begin with a floor plan you have already seen, a concept, or just an idea. Your Housing Consultant reviews with you what manufacturers have floor plans and sizes that most closely match your idea. Our goal is to personalize your new home to be a reflection of your personality and individual preferences.

Design meetings are held prior to the ground breaking of your new home. At your builder center you will be meeting with trained design personnel, who understand their product and will help you choose both your interior and exterior selections. In these meetings, you will learn more about our selections process, timetables for decision making and review general materials specifications to be used in your new home.

Pricing | Financing

Although financing is not directly available from Cypress Lakes / Blair Group, we work with major lenders in the area to find the financing package and options to coincide with your relocation plans and Florida lifestyle preference. As with any question you may have, a Cypress Lakes’ Housing Consultant will always be on hand to explain all the details and to help you embark on the marvelous Florida lifestyle you so richly deserve.

Completing your Home

Your new home begins with foundation preparation, delivery of various home components, plumbing, electrical and those other basics that make modern homes modern such as insulation and air conditioning.

While constructing your home you will have appointments to view and select from samples for your lighting and plumbing fixtures, finalize your kitchen layout and cabinetry and options such as rollout shelves, tip-out sink fronts, etc.

It is completed with your final walkthrough and new home orientation. This walk through gives you a complete orientation of your new home’s features such as heating, air conditioning, and kitchen appliances.

Closing and Beginning your new life

Or as we like to call it Welcome Home, happens in the Cypress Lakes office and takes less than an hour!

Move in the furniture, food, pets, golf cart, athletic equipment and get started. It’s all waiting right outside your door.
