Now that you've made the decision to sample the Stay and Play lifestyle, let’s schedule a visit in our Guest House for you.

Example of a Stay and Play visit program.

Day One

Check in begins after 1:00 pm and we strongly encourage you to arrive well before 3 pm so that your Housing Consultant can begin to show you the community and all it has to offer.

Your first evening a Host Couple will meet you for a complimentary dinner at our own Big Cypress Grill. Host Couples are residents that can give you insight into the activities, clubs, amenities and lifestyle available here at Cypress Lakes. They have traveled the journey of decisions you are currently making and will be helpful in your purchasing process.

Day Two

Breakfast is on your own. However, each guest house has a microwave, refrigerator, toaster and coffee pot available. A snack basket is also provided.

This is an exciting day! Your Housing Consultant will be showing you model homes and available home sites. You are certain to find the perfect home that meets all your needs.

During the time you are not with your Housing Consultant, you will have the opportunity to enjoy and experience the community while meeting your future new neighbors

Day Three

Meet with your housing consultant with any last questions and to schedule your return date to close on and move into your new Florida home. Enjoy the community and checkout at 10 am.
